养阴清热法治疗老年人失眠疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清热法治疗老年人失眠阴虚火旺证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲、对照方法,将50例老年阴虚火旺证患者分为养阴清热剂组25例、对照组25例,治疗4周。采用中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、临床疗效评定疗效。结果:养阴清热剂组的总有效率96%,显效率84%,对照组分别为24%、0。两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:养阴清热法治疗老年人失眠的疗效确切。Objective： Observe the clinical curative effect of Yin - enching and Heat - cleaning on the treatment of insomnia of Yin - Deficiency and Yang - Excess Type in the old people. Methods ： 50 cases were divided randomly into two groups. 25 cases of treatment - group were treated with the therapy of Yin - enching and Heat - cleaning. 25 cases in control group were treated with placebo. Curative effects were evaluated with the score of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and the clinical syndrome after four weeks. Results： The total effective of the Yin -enching and Heat -cleaning group was 96% and that in control group was 24%. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The effects of Yin -enching and Heat -cleaning to improve the insomnia of the old people were exacdy.
