疏肝和胃丸对大鼠胃黏膜组织EGFR蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃丸对应激大鼠胃黏膜组织及血清EGFR蛋白表达的影响。探讨该方对胃黏膜的保护作用机制。方法:采用冷水-束缚应激性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,在预先给予疏肝和胃丸混悬液给动物灌胃7天后,观察胃黏膜组织及血清EGFR蛋白表达的变化。结果:疏肝和胃丸能增加应激性胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜组织EGFR蛋白的表达。结论:疏肝和胃丸对应激性胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜保护作用机制可能与提高黏膜组织EGFR蛋白的表达,促进胃黏膜上皮的新生修复有关。Objective： To observe the effect ofShugan Hewei Pill on the protein expression of EGFR of the gastric mucosal of rats. To investigate the protectional mechanism of the prescription. Methods ： To adopt the stress - induced gastric mucosal lesion rat model, and were instilled with Shugan Hewei Pill for 7days, observe the changes of the protein expression of EGFR of the gastric mucosal tissue of rats. Results ： The protectiong ofShugan Hewei Pill can increase the protein expression EGFR of the gastric mucosal tissue of rats, and the protection of prescription may be related on the increasion of the protein expression EGFR.
