彩色多普勒在原发性开角型青光眼中的应用

摘　　要：采用美国惠普GP－8500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对30例原发性开角型青光眼患者及30例正常人视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值、舒张末期峰值及阻力指数进行了观测，结果显示原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值、舒张末期峰值较正常人降低（P＜0．05S），阻力指数增加（P＜0．01），即原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉呈低流速、高阻力状态。研究认为：彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对原发性开角型青光眼发病机制的探讨有一定的意义。With color Doppler ultrasound GP-8500, blood flow parameters of central artery were studied in 30 chronic open-angle glaucoma patients and 30 normal persons. Compared with normal subjects, the patients showed a statistical significant decrease (p< 0.05) inthe mean peak systolic velocity,the mean end diastolic velocity and an increase in the mean resistive index. The now velocity of central retinaI artery of patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma was low and the vascular resistance was high. We found that color doppler ultrasound was useful to study the pathogenesis of the primary open-angle glaucoma.
