摘　　要：近年来,高校职务犯罪出现上升趋势,并呈现出一些新的特点和规律,如发案部位相对集中、窝案串案所占比例较大、涉案人员职级越来越高、犯罪人员向年轻化发展等等。Crimes soar in Chinese universities, which take on new features and regularities. For instance, the cases are considerably centered in a complete working unit or chain. The ranks keep increasing, and the suspects tend to be younger.
