摘　　要：目的分析粘附分子CD44和CD82在女性非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法应用流式细胞仪测定61例女性非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织和距癌旁5cm以上组织及45例肺部良性病变组织中CD44和CD82的表达。结果肺癌组CD44的表达明显高于癌旁对照组和良性对照组(P<0.01);肺癌组CD82的表达显著低于癌旁对照组和良性对照组(P<0.01);而癌旁对照组和良性对照组间CD44和CD82的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD44和CD82的表达与肺癌患者的组织分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等病理指标之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44和CD82的表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.804,P<0.01)。结论CD44和CD82的表达在女性肺癌的发生、发展和转移过程中具有一定的作用。Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of CD44 and CD82 in female non-small lung cancer.Methods The expression of CD44 and CD82 in 61 cases tissues of female non-small cell lung cancer、para-cancer tissue and 45 cases of benign lesions were studied by flow-cytometry.Results The expression of CD44 in cases with lung cancer were higher than that in para-cancer tissue and benign lesions（P〈0.01）,and the expression of CD82 in cases with lung cancer were lower than that in para-cancer tissue and benign lesions（P〈0.01）.There was no dependability among CD44 and CD82 in the para-cancer control group and benign lesions（P〉0.05）.They had dependability among the different differentiation degree、clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,and showed negative correlation between the expression of CD44 and CD82（r=-0.804,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The expression of CD44 and CD82 may play an important regulating role in the genesis,development and metastasis of lung cancer.
