摘 要:目的观察大鼠内毒素血症时迷走神经反射通路兴奋性的改变。方法采用神经电生理技术,观察内毒素(LPS,5mg/kg)注射前(0min)和注射后5、10、30、60min NTS单位放电以及LPS注射前(0min)注射后10、30min,1、2、4h颈迷走神经传入、传出纤维放电的变化。结果LPS注射后NTS单位放电由0min时(4.69±0.76)次/s分别增加至11.58±2.76、11.58±2.15、10.80±2.22、11.26±2.27次/s,与注射前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。LPS注射后颈迷走神经传入纤维放电频率明显增加,各时间点分别为9.83±0.89、15.17±1.50、15.5±1.50、15.83±1.17、16.33±1.78、17.00±1.00次/s,与对照组和注射前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LPS使迷走神经传出纤维放电频率明显升高,各时间点分别为8.16±1.13、12.55±1.57、14.01±1.82、14.83±2.61、13.42±2.05、13.97±1.99次/s,与对照组和注射前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内毒素血症时迷走神经反射通路兴奋性升高,这种变化可能有利于机体对全身炎症反应的调节。Objective To study the activities of vagal nerve reflex pathway induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in rats. Methods The discharge of NTS was recorded with extracellular-single recording at 0min, 5min, 10min, 30min and 60min after intravenous injection of LPS (5mg/kg) in 15 Sprague Dawley rats, and cervical afferent, efferent vagal nerve fiber discharges were recorded with dipolar platinum electrode at 0min, 10min, 30min, lh, 2h and 4h respectively after LPS administration in 20 Sprague Dawley rats. The rate meter histogram was made to analyze the frequency of firing. Results Intravenous injection of LPS markedly enhanced unit discharge of NTS, cervical afferent and efferent vagal nerve fiber discharge (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05). The unit discharge of NTS was 4. 695±0.76, 11.58±2.76, 11.58±2.15, 10.80±2.22 and 11.26±2.27 discharge/s respectively at 0min, 5min, 10min, 30min and 60min after injection of LPS. The cervical afferent vagal nerve fiber discharge increased from 9. 83±0. 89 discharge/s (0min) to 15. 17±1.50, 15.5±1.50, 15. 83±1.17, 16.33±1.78, 17. 00±1.00 discharge/s (10rain, 30min, lh, 2h and 4h respectively). The efferent vagal nerve fiber discharges also increased from 8. 16 ±1. 13 discharge/s (0min) to 12.55± 1.57, 14.01±1.82, 14. 83±2.61, 13. 42±2.05, 13. 97±1.99 discharge/s (10min, 30min, 1h, 2h and 4h respectively). Conclusion The result suggest that LPS can induce activities of vagual nerve reflex pathway, which may be beneficial to regulating systemic inflammatory response when sepsis occurs.
