摘  要:用光聚合相分离的方法制备了不同厚度的聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)膜,研究了膜厚对于PDLC膜形态和电光性能各方面的影响,考察了不同厚度PDLC膜的聚合物网络形貌、饱和电压及对比度等方面。研究发现随着膜厚的增加,PDLC膜中聚合物网络的网眼分布均匀;其暗态的透过率降低,对比度明显增大;PDLC膜的饱和电压也随着膜厚的增加而升高。试验结果表明,当膜厚在30μm左右时,PDLC膜综合性能较好。PDLC films with different membrane thickness were prepared using photopolymerization induced phase separation method. The effects of membrane thickness on morphology and the electro-optical properties of PDLC films were investigated. The network appearance, contrast ratio and the saturation voltage of the films with different thickness were specially researched. It is found that with the increase of the membrane thickness the meshes of networks distribute uniform, the transmission of the opaque state decreases and the contrast radio enhancements evidently. The saturation voltage of the films along with the increase of membrane thickness rises. The experiment results indicates,the PDLC films have preferable properties when the membrane thickness is about 30μ m.
