摘  要:自动焊接中不同焊缝类型需要调节焊接速度、焊接电压和电流等参数,对结构光视觉传感的焊缝自动检测识别进行研究。分析常见的V形、U形、对接、搭接、角接等焊缝类型的自动检测识别过程,编写程序流程,并在VC++6.0环境下,运行焊缝类型自动检测识别程序。经实验测定,自动检测识别过程平均耗时61.69 ms,拟合精度为0.18 mm,效果比较满意,为完善焊缝跟踪系统奠定了基础。The actual process of different weld types needs adjusting welding parameters such as welding speed, voltage and current. The automatic detection and recognition to the weld seam by visual sensor with structured light were studied. The process of detecting and recognizing automatically to the grooves of weld seam, such as: V shape, U shape, opposition joint, overlap joint and joint with angle etc, were analyzed. The process of program and run automatic detecting and recognition to weld seam under VC + + 6.0 environment was developed. The average time-con-suming and fitting accuracy of the automatic detection and identifiction process were determined to be 61.69ms and 0.18 mm,respectively by experiment, which is very satisfactory and goad for the study on deam tracking system.
