摘　　要：网络心理咨询正面临着一系列的"价值问题",网络心理咨询的特点决定了它进行适当的价值干预是必要的。关注与干预并重,不操之过急;坚定的价值立场与灵活的价值引导相结合,不兜售咨询师的价值观;坚持"现实—虚拟—现实"的疏导原则,注重从"现实"问题中找症结、觅对策,等等,都是网络心理咨询科学的价值干预应当注意的问题。Cyber psychology consultation is now confronting a series of “value problems”. Its features determine that it is necessary to interfere, to some degree, with its value. However, the interference should go hand in hand with concern but without hastate. The firm value standpoint should be combined with flexible value guidance but without vending the consultant＇ own value.Consultants should stick to the principle of “reality-vitue-reality”, and uncover the cruxes and countermeasures to problems on the basis of reality.
