摘　　要：柔性管理是一种"以人为本"的全新管理方式,强调用柔性的、非强制性的方法进行管理,最终让人们自觉自愿地为组织目标的实现而行动。将柔性管理运用到外教管理中,有利于激发外教的积极性和创造性,最大限度地发挥他们的专业和语言优势,以更好地服务于我国高校的教学和科研。Flexible management is a new management style, emphasizing flexible and optional method in order to make people obtain the goals of the organization. Applying flexible management method to the management of foreign teachers in the university can inspire foreign teachers＇ creativity and enthusiasm to work effectively both in teaching and research work using their native language and specialty advantages.
