摘　　要：随着高等教育管理体制改革的不断深化,高等院校合并及网络信息化的发展给高校传统的档案管理工作带来新的挑战。多校区档案管理工作面临许多新的问题,为了适应形势发展所带来的变化,高校档案管理工作需要进一步加强。论文剖析了高校合并后档案管理存在的现状及主要问题,探讨并提出了解决相关问题的发展策略。With the deepening of the reform of higher education management system, the merger of colleges and the development of network informationization have brought new challenge to traditional archive management work in colleges and universities. Multi-campus archive management work is confronted with many problems, and to suit the changes that have been brought by the situation, the management work of archive should be further strengthened. The article analyzes the current situation and major problems existing in archive management after the merger, puts forward and discusses the strategies to solve relative problems.
