摘 要:目的探讨川崎病患儿急性期血清中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)及IL-1β三种因子的水平及其与川崎病急性期发病的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对20例川崎病患儿急性期进行血清TGF-β1、IL-12及IL-1β水平检测,与20例正常小儿进行比较。结果川崎病患儿急性期血清IL-12和IL-1β水平皆显著高于对照组,但血清TGF-β1水平则显著降低。结论在发病初期即急性期,血清IL-12和IL-1β水平升高,对川崎病发病起致炎作用,低水平的TGF-β1可能起抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the relation between the change of serum levels of IL- 1β, IL - 12 and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF - β1 ) and the pathogenesis of acute stage Kawasaki disease at the acute stage in children. Methods Serum IL - 1β, IL - 12 and TGF - β1 levels were determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for 20 children with Kawasaki disease at the acute stage,the results were compared with 20 normal controls. Results Serum IL- 12 and IL - 1β levels of Kawasaki disease at the acute stage were all significantly higher than those of the control group, but serum TGF -β1 level obviously reduced. Conclusion These findings suggest that high serum IL - 12 and IL - 1β levels induced inflammatory effect on Kawasaki disease at the acute stage, while the low level of TGF - 1β may play a role in anti- inflammatory effect.
