腹腔镜胃腔外楔形切除胃间叶源性肿瘤13例报告

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜胃腔外楔形切除胃间叶源性肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析腹腔镜胃腔外楔形切除治疗胃间叶源性肿瘤13例的临床资料。结果：13例手术均顺利完成，术后病理切缘均阴性，手术时间平均140min，术中出血量50～100ml，术后24～36h肠道功能恢复，术后住院5～7d，无一例发生并发症。结论：腹腔镜胃腔外楔形切除术治疗部分（2～5cm）胃间叶源性肿瘤安全可靠，胃腔外切除使胃内容物不外溢，污染少，患者创伤小、康复快，值得推广。Objective：To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic wedge resection of gastric mcsenchymal tumors. Methods： The clinical data of 13 cases who performed laparoscopic wedge resection of gastric mesenchymal tumors were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Operations were completed in all cases, no convertion to open surgery. The pathology of the edge of specimens were all negative. The average operative time was 140min, the mean intraoperative blood loss was only 50-100ml, gastrointestinal function was resumed at 24-36h after surgery on average, the postoperative hospitalization was 5-7d, and no postoperative complications occurred. Conclusions：Laparoscopic wedge resection of partial gastric mesenchymal tumors （2-5cm diameter） is secure, and has the merits of slight pollution, minimal invasion and rapid recovery.
