部分脾动脉栓塞治疗介入化疗后白细胞降低12例

摘　　要：目的:探讨部分脾动脉栓塞术(PSE)治疗介入化疗后血白细胞减少的疗效。方法:对同一组12例患者进行前后两次对照,比较在介入化疗后不行PSE和行PSE后外周血白细胞的变化。部分脾动脉栓塞术采用Seldinger穿刺技术,将导管插至脾动脉注入明胶海绵颗粒或细条,术后2周内观察外周血白细胞改变。结果:两次介入化疗术前白细胞平均均为2.9×109/L,介入化疗后不行PSE者,2周内白细胞平均为2.8×109/L;行PSE者白细胞平均为4.3×109/L。结论:部分脾动脉栓塞术治疗介入化疗后外周血白细胞降低,近期疗效肯定。Objective： To discuss the effect of partial splenic artery embolization （ PSE ） of treatment for aleucocytosis after interventional chemotherapy. Method： Give twice contrasts to the former with the latter Of the 12 patients in the same group, and compare the number of peripheral blood leucocyte after interventional chemotherapy do or not to do PSE. Partial splenic artery embolization is a method that adopt seldinger technique to take the catheter reach the splenic arteria, and pour in gelatin sponge in shape of grana or striga, and then observe the number of peripheral blood leucocyte after the interventional operation within 2 weeks. Result： Before the operation, the average number of white blood cell of twice interventional chemotherapy is 2.9× 10^9/L. After the interventional chemotherapy, which are not be done the PSE, the average number of white blood cell within 2 weeks is 2.8 ×10^9/L. While the average number of white blood cell of which are be done PSE is 4.3× 10^9/L. Conclusion： When we use the technique of partial splenic artery embolization to treat the patients who have periphery aleucocytosis after interventional chemotherapy, the near curative effect is certain.
