摘　　要：从介绍非言语沟通的概念及其特征入手,详细阐述非言语沟通在实际交流中的作用。告诉人们在交流的过程中,要学会经常运用自己的仪表、动作、面部表情等来表达思想感情。单就传递信息而言,有时非语言所传达出来的信息要比有声语言更富有表现力和感染力,适时准确地运用非言语沟通技巧,对于协调双方关系、提高交流质量,都有着积极的作用。Beginning from the brief introduction to the concept of nonverbal communication as well as its features, this paper elaborates on the role the nonverbal communication plays in conversations. It is found that one＇s appearance, movements and facial expressions are frequently employed to express one＇s thoughts and feelings in the course of comnmnication. Merely as far as the delivering of information is concerned, sometimes nonverbal languages may convey more expressive and more infectious ideas than verbal languages. The appropriate and accurate use of nonverbal languages greatly helps coordinate the mutual relationships and improve the quality of communication.
