摘　　要：从人力资本理论与马克思主义教育经济学理论,到各种反人力资本理论的教育经济理论"筛选假设"理论、社会化理论、劳动力市场分割理论对人力资本理论的完善和丰富,再到新时期着重人本精神复兴的社会资本理论、基于新制度经济学的教育产权理论,教育经济学理论获得了不断的丰富。The theory of educational economics has been constantly developing from human capital theory and Marxist theory of educational economics to various anti - human capital theory of educational economics, ＂the screening hypothesis＂ theory, socialization theory, labor market segmentation theory enriching and perfecting human capital theory, and then to social capital theory emphasizing humancentered spirit in the new age and the theory of educational property right based on the new system economics.
