论优化普通高校成人教育二级管理模式

摘　　要：作为国民终身教育体系的重要组成部分,成人教育在社会生活中显得越来越重要,这对高校成人教育来说既是机遇又是挑战。近年来,高校成人教育在跨越式发展的同时,其管理问题也突显出来。因此,为了优化普通高校成人教育二级管理模式,文章提出了若干对策建议。As an important part of the life-long education system, adult education is increasingly important, which poses an opportunity as well as a challenge for the adult education in the universities. In recent years, adult education in the universities has undergone rapid development, yet faces the serious problem of management. Therefore, the paper offers some suggestions to optimize the management.
