摘　　要：客运专线先张法预应力混凝土箱梁的制梁台座是大吨位先张法制梁工艺的关键设备,需要承受高达51 000 kN的巨大张拉力。提供了制梁台座的实用设计,为大吨位先张梁的制造提供了必要的技术支持。The casting platform for prestressed concrete box beam with pretensioning method in passenger dedicated line is the main facility for constructing prestressed concrete box beam. The platform is designed to sustain the huge pretensioning force up to 51 000 kN. A practical design is presented in this paper, through which ssential techniques for the construction of large prestressed concrete box beams with pretensioning method is provided.
