强肌健力饮对肾虚大鼠脏器组织学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肾虚模型大鼠肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏、睾丸脏器组织形态学的变化及强肌健力饮对其修复作用。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠30只随机分为正常对照组,肾虚模型组,强肌健力饮低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组和右归丸组;除正常对照组外,其他组均采用肌肉注射氢化可的松法复制肾虚模型,同时,强肌健力饮组与右归丸组灌胃给药,其他2组灌服等容积蒸馏水,连续14d;最后1次给药后24h,取肾上腺、胸腺、脾、睾丸进行组织病理学观察。结果:肾虚模型组大鼠肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏、睾丸均有不同程度的组织损伤;强肌健力饮与右归丸能使已遭受损伤的各脏器组织得以修复。结论:强肌健力饮对肾虚大鼠受损的肾上腺、脾脏、睾丸组织具有保护作用。Objective：To observe the pathological changes of organs in rats with kidney deficiency and the effect of Qiangji Jianli Decoction（QJJL） on morphologic organs.Methods：30 healthy male SD rats were randomized into 6 groups： normal group, model group, QJJL preparation group （including small dosage,middle dosage, large dosage）, and the group treated with Yougui Wan. Except normal group, the rats in other 5 groups received intramuscular injection of Hydrocortosonym to induce kindey deficiency. Meanwhile, groups of QJJL and Yougui Wan received the TCM by gastric gavage respectively. Other groups applied with the same volume of distilled water for 14 days.24 hours after last administration, dissecting rats and pathological changes of adrenal,thymus ,spleen and testis were examined.Results：In model group, adrenal,thymus, spleen and testis showed different degrees of damage. QJJL Decoction and Yougui Wan could promote the repair of the or- gans.Conclusion： QJJL Decoction can relieve the injury of adrenal,thymus, spleen and testis caused by kidney deficiency and protect them.
