摘　　要：找准自然文化遗产保护与协调发展的契合点,寻求遗产保护与开发的互动共赢,是完善遗产地管理规划,保证遗产可持续发展的关键。这需要用国际化的视角,从遗产价值的发现与展示入手,进行规划设计与管理活动的全面创新。Identifing the fitting point accurately about the heritage conservation and the coordinated development and seeking for the interactive win-win situation between natural heritage＇s protection and development are the key factors to complete management planning of heritage and guarantee sustainable development. Obviously, from the international perspective, we should start from the discovery and display heritage value, then encourage innovation on planning design and management.
