摘 要:全球3G产业已进入快速发展期,我国的2G电信网也成功地过渡到2.5G或2.75G,3G牌照的发放指日可待。通过2G产业价值链和3G产业价值链的比较,运用波特的竞争战略理论,构建了基于3G产业价值链的竞合分析模型,利用该模型对3G产业价值链上的网络设备商、内容提供商、服务提供商、终端设备提供商、运营商五个环节中每个环节的竞争地位的优势与劣势以及如何与其他环节展开合作进行了分析,并提出了相应的合作策略,其中着重对3G运营商未来的竞争方式进行了预测,提出了"运营商以整合自己的产业链来参与竞争"的策略。Global 3G industry has come into a fast development period. Chinese 2G nets have been upgraded to 2.5G or 2.75G successfully, and it will not be long before the 3G licensed. Through the comparison between the 2G and 3G industrial value chains, a competition-cooperation model is developed on the basis of Michael Porter' s theory of competitive strategy to analyze the positional advantages/ disadvantages in competition between five links and how they cooperate with each other, i.e., the providers of net device, content, service and terminal units and the traders in a 3G industrial value chain. A relevant cooperation strategy is thus proposed for traders as "to compete via integrating the industrial chain of your own", where the future competition among 3G traders is predicted emphatically.
