摘　　要：高等学校科学研究是我国国家创新系统的三大主体之一,科学研究已经成为衡量高校综合实力的重要指标。通过对目前高校科研的现状和趋势分析,在总结过去我校科研成果的基础上,提出了我校科研发展的基本目标、指导思想和重点领域。强调我校的科研工作必须坚持有所为、有所不为的原则,紧跟国际国内先进的科研发展方向,结合我校的办学特色和办学优势,凝炼出特色鲜明的重大科研成果。Scientific research of higher institutions is one of the three main bodies of our country′s creative system and has become an important guide line in evaluating the present conditions and trends of higher higher institutions′ synthesis strength. By analyzing institutions and summarizing the scientific research achievements of our university, the basic goals, guiding principles and pivotal areas of our university′s scientific development is put forward. It is emphasized that the scientific work of our university should stick to the principle of preferring to certain areas, following the international and national scientific research trends, integrating our university＇s characteristics and predominance, and finally abstracting the significant scientific productions with clear characteristics.
