湖北高校体育教师职业道德失范及其改善对策

摘　　要：社会调查表明,湖北高校体育教师的职业道德水准从整体上看正在提升,但仍存在不少失范现象,诸如学术风气不正,育人意识淡薄等。改善湖北高校体育教师的职业道德状况,须构建与高等教育相适应的体育教师职业道德规范,引导体育教师正确处理干事业与自我发展的关系,并逐步完善考核评价与激励机制。Social investigation showed that college P.E. teachers＇ professional ethics was improving on the whole,but the phenomenon of professional ethics anomie still existed,including the lack of academic atmosphere and educating consciousness. In order to change the current status of college P, E. teachers＇ professional ethics,college P.E. teachers＇ profession moral standards should be set up, the relationship between college P.E. teachers＇ career development and self development should be inducted correctly and the evaluation and inspiring system should be perfected step by step.
