摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌组织中Pinl与β-catenin的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测45例结直肠癌组织中Pinl、β-catenin蛋白的表达,分析其相关性及其与结直肠癌临床病理学特征的关系,并探讨其预后价值。结果Pinl在37.8%(17/45)结直肠癌组织中过表达,β-catenin在64.4%(29/45)结直肠癌组织中异常蓄积,17例Pinl过表达中15例同时存在β-catenin异常蓄积,两者显著正相关(r=0.387,P=0.006);Pinl过表达与结直肠癌病理分级明显相关(P<0.05),与临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关趋势,与浸润深度无明显相关;β-catenin异常蓄积与浸润深度有相关趋势,与病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移均无明显相关;Pinl过表达与预后有显著相关性(P<0.01),β-catenin与预后不相关(P=0.099)。结论Pinl在结直肠癌组织中存在过表达,且与β-catenin异常蓄积正相关;Pinl与结直肠癌的预后密切相关。Objective To evaluate expression of Pinl and β-catenin in colorectal cancer and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of Pinl and β-catenin proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of colorectal cancer tissues. The relationships among Pinl, β-catenin expression and clin- icopathological factors were evaluated. And their significance for prognosis was studied. Results The overex- pression of Pinl and aberrant accumulation of β-catenin was found in 37.8% （ 17/45 ） and 64. 4% （ 29/45 ） colorectal cancer tissues respectively. 15 cases had both Pinl overexpression and β-catenin aberrant accumula- tion, a significant positive correlation was found between Pinl and β-catenin （ r = 0. 387, P = 0. 006）. The overexpression of Pinl was significantly related to pathological grade （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and had a correlative tend- ency with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis ; but had no correlation with tumor invasion depth. Aberrant accumulation of β-catenin had a correlative tendency with invasion depth, but was not related to pathological grade, tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. Pinl was significantly related to the overall survival （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ,while β-catenin was not related to prognosis. Conclusion Pinl is overexpressed in colorectal cancer and has a positive correlation with aberrant accumulation of β-catenin. Pinl maybe a prognostic factor in colorectal cancer.
