粘质沙雷氏菌治疗脑神经胶质细胞瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察粘质沙雷氏菌对脑神经胶质细胞瘤的治疗效果。方法:18例脑神经胶质细胞瘤患者术后通过化疗囊进行瘤腔内直接注射。结果:经粘质沙雷氏菌治疗的患者,1、2、4年的生存率分别为72.2%、55.68%、55.68%,均较对照组高;对不同分级的恶性脑神经胶质细胞瘤患者,粘质沙雷氏菌治疗组1年的生存率也均明显高于对照组。结论:粘质沙雷氏菌治疗恶性脑神经胶质细胞瘤是有效的。Objective： To investigate therapeutic effect of serratia marcecens vaccine on cerebral nerves neurugliocytoma. Methods： Serratia mareecens vaccine was injected into tumor eavea of 18 patients with cerebral nerves neurogliocytoma through chemotherapy cyst after treatment. Results： After treated by serratia marcecen.s vaccine, patients＇ survival rate of one year, two years, and four years were higher than those of control group, which were 13/18, 10/18 and 10/18, respectivdy. For patients with different grade malignant cerebral nerves neurugliocytoma, survival rate of one year in treatment group was significandy higher than that in control group. Conclusions： Serratia marcecens vaccine is effective on cerebral nerves neurogliocytoma.
