摘 要:采用室内培养方法,对乳酸杆菌LH就养殖废水、饲料的降解作用进行了研究。在温度为15~30℃,乳酸杆菌浓度为103~106cfu·mL-1,底物浓度为50~150mg·L-1条件下,测定废水的pH、NH3-N、NO2-N、NO3-N、PO4-P和COD。结果表明,与对照组相比,各个实验组养殖废水和饲料的NO2-N、NO3-N、PO4-P显著降低,而NH3-N则显著上升,COD浓度没有明显变化。不同温度、菌接种量和底物浓度下,乳酸杆菌LH对养殖废水和饲料NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4-P、NO3-N的降解率存在显著差异。这说明,乳酸杆菌LH能有效地降低养殖废水和饲料中的NO2-N、PO4-P、NO3-N,而使NH3-N的浓度升高,对COD无明显作用。实际应用上,应把乳酸杆菌和芽孢杆菌、光合细菌等有益菌联用,以发挥各个菌株的不同功能。The degradation of NH3-N, NO2-N, NO3-N, PO4-P and COD in aquaculture wastewater and feedstuff by Lactobacillus was studied. The factors such as temperature (15-30℃), the concentration of Lactobacillus (10^3~10^6 cfu·mL^-l) and feedstuff (50~150mg·mL^-1) were considered. The results showed that compared with control groups, NO2-N, NO3-N and PO4-P in treatment groups reduced significantly while NH3-N increased. The COD of all groups had no remarkable changes. There were significant differences among different treatments in the degradation rates of NH3-N, NO2-N, NO3-N and PO4-P in aquaculture wastewater and feedstuff. Lactobacillus exhibited significant effects on the removal of NH3-N, NO2-N, NO3-N and PO4-P in aquaculture wastewater and feedstuff, but made the concentration of NH3-N increase, while exhibited no obvious effects on COD. The application of Lactobacillus in aquaculture should associate other probiotics such as bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria to display their different functions.
