摘　　要：本文从数学建模教学和数学建模竞赛的角度论述了数学建模对学生创新能力的培养具有重要的作用。This paper elaborates that mathematical modeling plays very important role in cultivating the students＇ innovative ability from the angle of the teaching of mathematical modeling and contest of mathematic modeling.
