摘 要:以湖南省14个水稻新品种为研究对象,分析了其产量构成因子与稻米品质性状的相关性。结果表明,单位面积有效穗数与穗长和每穗总粒数存在显著负相关关系;整精米率和胶稠度与垩白粒率和垩白度存在显著负相关关系;穗长和每穗总粒数与稻米胶稠度和整精米率存在显著正相关关系。所以,可将单位面积有效穗数、穗长和每穗总粒数作为选育高碾米品质、外观品质和蒸煮品质水稻新品种的依据。In this paper the relationship between yield components and grain quality traits of 14 new rice varieties in Hunan Province was studied.The results showed that the effective panicles in 666.7 m2 were significantly and negatively correlated with the panicle length and total kernel per panicle;the percentage of head milled rice and the gel consistency had significantly negative correlation with the chalky kernel percentage and the chalkiness of rice;the panicle length and total kernel per panicle were significantly and positively correlated with the gel consistency and the percentage of head milled rice.Therefore,the effective panicles in 666.7 m2,the panicle length and total kernel per panicle could be as reference in the selection and breeding of new rice varieties which had the high grain qualities of milling,appearance and cooking.
