摘  要:[目的]明确钙对盾叶薯蓣产量和皂素含量的影响。[方法]用0、20、40、80、120mg/kg钙分别处理盾叶薯蓣的实生苗,测定盾叶薯蓣产量、皂素含量、叶片叶绿体Ca2+-ATPase的活性和土壤中有效钙含量。[结果]随钙肥用量的升高,盾叶薯蓣产量、皂素含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势。钙肥用量为80mg/kg时,单株平均产量最高,为38.967g/株;有效钙含量最低(10.721mg/100g);叶绿体Ca2+-ATPase活性最高[26.740μmol/(mg.h)]。钙肥用量为40mg/kg时,皂素含量最高,为2.56%。[结论]在一定的范围内,钙肥可明显提高盾叶薯蓣产量和皂素产量。Ca2+通过影响叶绿体Ca2+-ATPase的活性而影响Ca2+吸收,进而影响盾叶薯蓣产量,但是Ca2+-ATPase的活性变化与皂素含量未显示出相关性。[Objective] The purpose was to confirm the influence of calcium(Ca) on the yield and diosgenin content of Dioscorea zingiberensis.[Method] The D.zingiberensis seedlings were treated with 0,20,40,80 and 120 mg/kg Ca resp.to determine the yield,diosgenin content,activities of chloroplast Ca^2+-ATPase in leaves of D.zingiberensis and available Ca content in soil.[Result] Both yield and diosgenin content of D.zingiberensis were first increased and then decreased along with the increase of Ca fertilizer dosage.When the dosage of Ca fertilizer was 80 mg/kg,the average yield per plant was highest,being 38.967 g/plant,the available Ca content was lowest(10.721 mg/100 g) and the activity of chloroplast Ca^2+-ATPase was highest[26.740 μmol/(mg·h)].When the dosage of Ca fertilizer was 40 mg/kg,the diosgenin content was highest,being 2.56%.[Conclusion] In certain range,Ca fertilizer could enhance the yield and diosgenin content of D.zingiberensis obviously.Ca^2+ influence Ca^2+ absorption through influencing the activit y of chloroplast Ca^2+-ATPase,thus influencing the yield of D.zingiberensis,but the activity change of Ca^2+-ATPase didn't show relativity with diosgenin content.
