摘　　要：在经济高速发展、竞争日益激烈的条件下,建筑企业面临着市场环境、主体需求、技术创新等不断变化,都会给企业发展带来危机。本文力图通过对建筑企业危机管理现状的分析,建立了危机管理动态循环模型和危机管理Partnering组织模式,为建筑企业有效避免危机,增强应对危机能力,提供了有效的危机管理应对方法。Under the market economy situations, with the increasingly competition of the market conditions, construction enterprises are facing the constantly changing of market environment, the main demand, technological innovation, and these will bring to the enterprise development crisis. Based on the analysis of crisis management situation of construction firms, crisis management dynamic cycle pattern and Partnering pattern of crisis management are established, and an effective approach of crisis management for the enterprises avoiding a crisis effectively and enhancing the ability of responding to crises is given in this paper.
