摘  要:目的:探讨阿霉素对人胃癌细胞的杀伤作用及致GSTπ表达的变化。方法:利用人胃癌BGC-823细胞株,CO2培养箱进行培养过程中,加入阿霉素注射液继续培养5h或10h。然后用HE和免疫组化染色。光镜下观察并进行图象分析。结果:实验组BGC-823细胞变形,GSTπ表达位置和灰度有明显变化。结论:阿霉素作用5h可对胃癌细胞有杀伤作用,使胃癌细胞形态和GST基因表达有明显变化。Objective:To study the killing function of Adriamycin to human gastric carcinoma ceils and its influence to the expression of GSTπ. Methods: While BGC-823 gastric carcinoma cells were educated in CO2 training box, Adriamycin was injected in human gastric carcinomal cells to educate continuously for 5h or 10h, then stained with Haematoxylin-Eosinc( HE) and dyed with immunohistochemical method. The result was observed and analyzed with optical microscope. Results: BGC-823 cells was deformed in experimental group, and expressive location and ash degree of GSTπ had obvious changes. Conclusion: Adriamycin has killing function on carcinoma cells and it can make Gastric carcinoma cells deformed and change the expression of GSTπ.
