摘　　要：为适应西部民族地区社会现代化的发展,必须要塑造与之相应的现代人格。本文对现代人格的特征以及西部民族地区大学生现代人格缺失的成因进行了分析,提出了现代人格培养的对策和途径。For adapting to the development of social modernization in west coastal national regions, it must sculpture the modem personality that being consistent with it. This paper analyzed about the feature of modem personality and the formation causes of lacking modem personality for the undergraduates in the west coastal regions, and put forward countermeasures and avenue for modem personality cultivation.
