清热饮口服液的抗炎、解热、镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热饮口服液的抗炎解热和镇痛镇咳作用。方法:用HAc法考察其对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响;用2,4-二硝基苯酚致热法观察其对大鼠的解热作用;用扭体法和甲醛致痛法观察其镇痛作用。结果:清热饮口服液能降低小鼠毛细血管通透性;对2,4-二硝基苯酚致热大鼠有明显退热作用;能使HAc致小鼠扭体次数明显减少,并能减少甲醛所致大鼠疼痛反应次数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清热饮口服液有明显的抗炎、解热和镇痛作用。Objective： To explore the pharmacological function of Qingre oral liquid. Methods： Effect of Qingre oral liquid on increased permeability of abdominal capillaries in rats induced by acetic acid; effect of Qinre oral liquid on rats fever model by 2,4-dinitropheny; formaldehyde induced inflammatory swelling paws and effect of Qingre oral liquid on acetic acid induced twisty reaction in rats were observed. Results： Qingre oral liquid decreased increased permeability of abdominal capillaries in rats and lowered high temperature of rats fever model; decreased the times of mice＇s twisty reaction; lessen inflammatory swelling paws. Conclusion： Qingre oral liquid had the function of antibiosis, anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.
