摘　　要：本文在全面介绍国内外开放存取实践的基础之上,分析了现阶段国内外开放存取实践的特点,并对开放存取运动的障碍进行了进一步探究。On the basis of introducing the foreign and domestic open access practice, this article not only analyses the characteristics of open access practice at home and abroad, but also discusses the barrier to the open access movement.
