大鲵鸣叫语图的初步分析

摘　　要：对我国特有两栖动物大鲵的自然鸣叫和电刺激中脑诱发鸣叫进行录音，然后回放至语图仪进行窄带语图分析．结果显示不同状态下的鸣叫在频率、能量和谐波方面均存在差异．A modified method for purifying histone H1,histone pairs H2A+H2B and H3+H4 from chromatin using NaCl gradient dissociation on hydroxylapatite is reported. This is a simple procedure in which mild solvents are used and highly purified histone groups can be obtained.
