摘 要:自整角机由于具有结构简单、工作可靠和精度高等特点,经常用于轴角的测量。但目前自整角机轴角测量模块都比较复杂,使用不方便,且价格较高。提出一种由单片机发出方波信号,经滤波放大后得到标准正弦波信号,用于自整角机转子激磁,然后,再由单片机测量定子绕组输出的感应电势来获得轴角的方法。根据该方法设计的轴角测量模块电路简单、工作可靠;测量结果以RS232串口输出,便于使用;测量精度高、实用性强。The synchronizer is often used for the measurement of axis-angle because of its simple structure, reliability and high precision. The module used to measure the axis-angle of synchronizer now is complex and inconvenient for use and expensive. A method is introduced to get the axis-angle that the synchronizer is excited by a sin wave signal obtained by filtering and amplifying a square wave signal produced by a single-chip computer and the output induced E. M. F from the winding are also measured by the single-chip computer. The circuit of the designed axis-angle measuring module based on this method is very simple and reliable. The measured result is sent out by RS232 interface,making use easy. It is of high precision and high practical value.
