乳腺癌相关microRNA的研究进展

摘　　要：MicroRNAs是一类内源性稳定的非编码小分子RNA，在基因转录后水平调控细胞的增殖、凋亡和分化相关的基因表达，与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。本文综述了乳腺癌相关的microRNA，如何通过调控目标基因的表达以控制乳腺癌的发展。MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are a class of evolutionarily conserved, endogenous, small, noncoding RNA, which posttranscriptionally control the proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and ontogeny of cells , etc. MicroRNAs also are colsely interrelated with the pathogenesis and development of cancer. We reviewed the microRNAs related with breast cancer and bow they controlled the development of breast cancer through regulating the expression of targeted genes.
