多媒体电子教案在健美操教学中的应用

摘　　要：电子教案作为计算机辅助教学的一种模式,已逐步成为大学教学中一种有较大优势的教学手段。多媒体电子教案的运用也给体育教学带来了新的教学理念。文章在探讨多媒体电子教案与健美操教学有机结合的基础上,明确阐述多媒体电子教案在健美操教学中的重要性、优越性和可行性,不断优化健美操教学,以期达到提高学生自学能力、观察能力、自我锻炼能力等方面的目的。As a pattern of computer- aided education, electronic teaching plan has become a more overwhelming instruction method in the university education gradually. And the application of the Multimedia Electronic Teaching Plan （METP） has also brought new teaching ideas to the instructi - on of physical education. So this article definitely expounds the importance, advantage and feasibi - ity of the METP in the aerobics teaching education basing on exploring the combination of the METP and the aerobics teaching, and desires to elevate the students＇ abilities of self study,observation and self exercise etc.
