摘  要:[目的]为了进行黄槐花中叶黄素的提取试验。[方法]采用溶剂浸提法和紫外可见分光光度法,研究黄槐花中叶黄素的适宜提取条件。[结果]结果表明:叶黄素标准品在丙酮中的溶解性最好;黄槐花中叶黄素出现最大吸收峰值的波长为450 nm;不同提取条件对黄槐花中叶黄素提取的影响大小依次为:溶剂浓度>时间>料液比>温度;当提取条件为90%丙酮3、5℃下、料液比为(g/ml)1∶10,浸提2 h时,在波长为450 nm条件下,黄槐花中叶黄素出现最大吸收峰值。[结论]该研究为黄槐花叶黄素资源的开发利用提供了试验依据。[ Objective] The pirpose was to carry out the test of extracting the lutein from Cassia surastensis Burro flowers. [ Method] The suitable condition of extracting the lutein from C. surattensis flowers was studied by solvent-extraction process and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. [ Result] The lutein standard product had best dissolution in acetone solution. The maximum absorption peak of the lutein in C. surattensis flowers showed 450 nm. The effects of different conditions on extracting the lutein from C. surattensis flowers were in order as follows : solvent concentration 〉 time 〉 ratio of material to liquid 〉 temperature. The maximum absorption peak of the lutein in C. suratteasis appeared when the lutein was extracted under the condition of extracting with 90% acetone for 2 h at 35℃, ratio of material to liquid (g/ml) of 1 : 10 and the wavelength of 450 nm. [Conclusion] This study provided test base for development and utilization of lutein resource of C. suratteasi flowers.
