摘  要:对来自以色列的78份野生二粒小麦进行SDS-PAGE检测,发现其高分子谷蛋白亚基具有较高的遗传多样性。在Glu-A1和Glu-B1 2个位点共有22种可确定的亚基变异类型。其中,A位点上的亚基12、*和B位点上的亚基7+8、13+16与17+18为优质亚基(出现频率分别为7.69%、8.97%和5.13%)。同时,出现了在普通小麦中不表达的1Ay亚基和许多普通小麦所稀有或缺乏的特异亚基类型,如1*7、*+8*7、*+9、7+8*、7+9*、17+18等,而且在12份材料中出现了7种未命名的新亚基类型。It was found in the SDS-PAGE detection of 78 shares of wild emmer from Israel that their high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) had higher genetic diversity. On the loci of Glu-A1 and Glu-B1 2, there were 22 types of subunit variation totally,which could be confirmed, in which the subunits 1 and 2^* on A locus and subunits 7 + 8, 13 + 16 and 17 + 18 on B locus were high-quality subunits (Their occurrence frequencies were 7.69%, 8.97% and 5.13% resp, ). Simultaneously, there occurred the subunit 1Ay which was not expressive in co.non wheat and many peculiar subunit types which was rare or lack in co.non wheat, such as 1^* , 7^* + 8^*, 7^* + 9, 7 + 8^*, 7 + 9^* and 17 + 18 etc. And 7 new and unnamed subunit types occurred in 12 shares of materials.
