摘　　要：知识管理是管理领域的新理念、新思想,在企业得以广泛应用,对高等医学教育的改革和创新具有借鉴价值。在介绍知识管理内涵的基础上,分析知识管理对高等医学教育创新的启示,并就高等医学院校如何实施知识管理提出一些对策。Knowledge management is a new concept and idea in management field and used widely in enterprises, which has reference value for reform and innovation of higher medical education. Based on introducing the connotation of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the inspiration of knowledge management to innovation of higher medical education and puts forward some measures that how to carry out knowledge management for higher medical colleges and universities.
