摘  要:将番茄种子用促生菌CS1(Pseudomnas putida,恶臭假单胞菌)和CS2(Enterobactercloacae,阴沟肠杆菌)等体积均匀混合培养液和蒸馏水分别浸泡处理,并在幼苗移栽时加含有该2种促生菌的藻原胶珠子,种植于5个氮肥梯度以拉丁方排布的温室里,研究促生菌对番茄产量的影响和对氮肥的替代效应并寻求最佳的接菌方式。结果表明:蒸馏水浸泡处理的番茄在移栽时加藻原胶珠子在总产量上比对照优越,形成了显著性差异,而且,接菌可以起到对氮肥的部分替代效应。To explore the effects of PGPR, CS1 and CS2, on the output of tomato and nitrogen fertilizers substitution, even the hest way of inoculation, the tomato seeds were treated with the mixture of medium which incubated CSI and CS2 on the condition that the same volume and distilled water in the soaked way, adding the beads containing CSI and CS2 when transplanted, and then planted them into the five concentrations of nitrogen fertilizers arranged in the latin way in the greenhouse. The results indicated that tomato seeds soaked with distilled water and then added beads showed better compared with check ones and up to a significant deviation moreover, inoculation of PGPR could partly substitute nitrogenous fertilizers.
