摘　　要：为适应医学模式的转变，深化医学教育改革，推动医学教育发展，我们要按照联合国教科文组织提出的全球医学教育最低标准的要求，提高医学生的创新素质，促进学生全面发展，培养高质量的医药卫生人才。本文提出了进一步加强高等医学院校学生创新素质培养的主要措施，以期提高医学院校的人才培养质量。In order to adjust to the transformation of medical model, deepen medical education reform and promote the development of medical education, we should improve medical students＇ creative quality, promote their all-round development and produce high-quality medical personnel in accordance with the minimum requirements for medical education made by the UNESCO. This paper proposes major measures for strengthening the creative quality of medical university students so as to upgrade the quality of medical talents training.
