摘　　要：给出了验证一组解析函数是某个解析算子Jordan链的充分必要条件;并且具体构造出定义在有限区间(0,l)上具有一般分离型边界条件的不定Sturm-liouville算子的一个Jordan链。A sufficient and necessary condition is given, which can be used to prove whether some holomorphic functions are Jordan chain of a operator. And a jordan chain is constructed for the Sturm-Liouville operator with an indefinite weight function and general separated boundary conditions on （0,l）.
