摘　　要：山西省科研院所经过将近20年的发展,尤其技术开发类科研院所在转制过程中,自主创新,面向市场,面向经济,自我发展,能力和产业化程度不断提高,"十五"期间呈现出良好的发展态势。文章介绍了转制院所的基本状况,存在问题以及解决这些问题的对策和建议。After 20 years of development, the development - related scientific research institutes in Shanxi, especially those re, lated to technology development, are constantly increasing their capacity and industrialization and are developing well in the ＂Tenth Five - year Plan＂ through independent innovation, market - orientation, economy- orientation and independent development in the conversion. The article introduces their situation, problems and countermeasures.
