摘  要:以两个切花菊品种"神马"和"万盛"为材料,研究菊花花芽分化过程中芽和叶片碳水化合物含量的变化。结果表明,未分化期,无论是早花品种"神马"还是晚花品种"万盛"芽中的可溶性总糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量与叶片相比,无显著差异,但在花芽分化过程中,两品种芽中的可溶性总糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量迅速增加,并始终保持高于叶片的水平,而且"神马"的芽和叶片中可溶性总糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量始终高于"万盛"。说明较高含量的碳水化合物有利于菊花花芽分化。Dynamic change of carbohydrate content in buds and leaves of chrysanthemum dunng floral differentiation was studied with two cut flower chrysanthemum cultivars "Shenma" [ Dendranthema grandflora ( Ramat. ) Kitam. ] and "Wansheng" [ Dendranthema grandflora ( Ramat. ) Kitam. ]. The results showed that at non- differentiated stage, contents of total soluble sugar, sucrose and starch in leaves were not significanty different from those in buds not only in early flower cultivar "Shenma" but also in later flower cuitivar "Wansheng". At the differentiation stage, the contents of total soluble sugar, sucrose and starch in buds were higher than those in leaves in both of two cultivars, and those in buds and leaves of "Shenma" were higher than those of "Wansheng". The results suggested that higher contents of carbohydrate advantaged to floral differentiation of chrysanthemum.
