摘 要:研究目的:随着我国铁路运输及城市地铁交通的快速发展,隧道施工机械亦不断改进和完善,铁路隧道掘进机施工技术需进一步规范,总结过去隧道经验,积极推行铁建设[2007]106号文件精神,保证隧道施工的进度、质量及安全迫在眉睫。研究结论:通过国内外典型施工案例说明,当符合相应施工地质条件时,掘进机发挥出快速、安全的优势;若不掌握可靠的地质条件、或地质条件不满足掘进机施工的要求时,掘进机不仅不能表现出来优势,反而会造成工期和经济上的损失,这是技术指南最基本的准则。Research purposes: With the developments of railway transportation and urban mass transit in China, the tunnel construction machineries have been improved continuously, so it is urgently necessary to fatherly normalize shielding machine construction technology for railway tunnel and sum up the experience of tunnel construction for the purpose of guaranteeing the procedure, quality and safety of tunnel construction. Research conclusions: The typical construction practices at home and abroad show shielding machine has its own advantages of rapid and safe shielding when the engineering geological conditions fit to usage of shielding machine. But shielding machine will lose its advantages or cause the losses in construction schedules and cost if the geological conditions are not made clear or don t fit to usage of shielding machine. These are the most basic norms of technical guidance.
