摘　　要：文章在综合前人的研究成果基础上归纳出缸套—活塞环摩擦学系统层次分析图,并对该图作了进一步的研究:进行大量的专家调查,利用层次分析法分析该图中主要因素的影响。为便于对缸套过度磨损故障作出判断,文章还通过专家调查等方法研究了常见缸套过度磨损征兆发生可能性的排序问题。In this paper, the cylinder--piston--ring tribological system is analyzed on the basis of forerunners＇researches, which reveals the structure of the system and carries out further research on the structure. After consulting a great number of experts, the weight of main influencing factors are worked out by the method of analyt- ical hierarchy process. For the sake of deciding failure of the excessive wear of the cylinder. The paper studies the common symptoms taxis of the failure by DELPHI expert questionnaire during the consultation.
