满清收继婚习俗的遭禁与存留

摘　　要：收继婚习俗历史悠久,形式不一,在我国古代各个民族不同历史阶段都有不同形式的表现。许多史料表明,在传统伦理道德的影响下,几乎历代政府和民间人士都大加挞伐,清朝政府更是屡屡禁止。但是,事实证明对收继婚风俗的消除与禁绝并没有收到应有的效果。The Customs of Marriage by Succession has a long history with various forms in China , and they were also prevalent in all nationalities in ancient China. Because of traditional feudal ethics morals restraint, Nearly all the feudal dynasties forbidden them ,so did Qing Dynasty. This paper use a lots of history materials to elaborate the manner of Qing Dynasty and the Efforts and Effects done by Qing Dynasty Governments to Eliminate the Customs of Marriage by Succession.
