摘  要:采用阴、阳离子树脂交换合成法制备建材添加剂。优化条件为:室温下即可交换制备亚硝酸钙,先向阴离子树脂中加入一定量的CaCl2溶液至接取流出液检验使加H2C2O4溶液至没有CaC2O4沉淀生成时,再由上至下,向阳离子交换树脂中加NaNO2溶液至从Ca(NO2)2储坛接取流出液使加H2C2O4溶液后没有CaC2O4沉淀生成时,停止加NaNO2溶液。加入交换试剂浓度CaCl2∶NaNO2的摩尔比为1∶2,可按此比例提高浓度(但试剂浓度不能太高,因为浓度太高易使树脂中毒)。产品含量可达23%以上。树脂再生用NaOH、HCl,没有给环境带来污染,符合环保要求。该法是制备亚硝酸钙的又一种新路线。The preparation of building materials additive was introduced by anion and cation exchange resin synthesis method in this paper. The optimal conditions were as follows: calcium nitrite can be prepared by exchange at room temperature. First a certain amount of solution CaC12 was added to anion resin, and the outflow was tested, and the solution H2C2O4 was added it until the sediment CAC2O4 cant be produced. From top to bottom the solution NaNO2 was added to cationic exchange resin, the outflow is obtained from Ca( NO2 )2 certificates altar. If the solution H2C2O4 is added to it, the sediment CaC2O4 cant be produced, and the solution NaNO2 was not any more be added. The exchange reagent concentration was that the molar ratio of CaC12 : NaNO2 was 1:2, the concentration can be increased in this proportion. ( but the reagent concentration can not be too high, because high concentration will easily cause resin to poison. ) the product content can reach to 23 percent above. The resin regeneration used NaOH,HC1, it didnt pollute the environment, and tallies with the requirements of environment protection. The method was a new line of preparation of calcium nitrite.
